Always solid. I've ordered to go multiple times and never disappointed. Quesadilla, burrito, tacos, combo plates are all good. Salsas are fire. This last time I mentioned it was a birthday dinner and the staff offered a flan for free.. so nice and appreciated
A hidden gem in ravenswood. La amistad really is a unique place. I will highly recommend the vegetarian / bean burrito. It tasted very good and the chips and salsa kept making my friend and I want more. The service was a little slow but, worth it since the food quality was one of best in my opinion. The ambiance reminded me of what restaurant were like back in the 90's.
the food is amazing! Great to know there's this type of authentic food. Got the mole enchiladas and my partner got a torta. All was delicious, we also ordered a big catering order from them, was super affordable and done so well!

Best carnitas burrito on the north side. Get a few tacos while you're at it. Faster delivery than you would believe.
How does this place only have 3.5 stars? I've been to tons of Mexican restaurants in the city and always end up coming here. Their chorizo nachos are incredible. I've never had nachos like this. The staff is so kind. The location is perfect. Love this place!
